Mentor Program

New Tax Lawyer Committee

Mentor Program

Recognizing the importance mentoring plays in the professional development of attorneys, the New Tax Lawyer Committee (NTLC) established the OSB Taxation Section Mentor Program in 2010.

The goal of the mentor program is to develop and foster mutually beneficial relationships between attorneys who are new to the practice of tax law and more experienced practitioners.

Participation

The mentor program runs on a calendar-year basis, and interested attorneys are encouraged to sign up in the fall by completing the mentor program questionnaire. Mentor program participants are expected to meet with their assigned mentor/mentee at least four times during the calendar year.
