The ramifications of the 3rd Circuit’s decision in Culp v. Commissioner will be discussed by Portland attorney Connor Moran and Amy Feinberg from Latham & Watkins\, who argued Boechler v. Commissioner in the 8th Circuit. Hear an update from the Oregon Taxpayer Advocate and learn about pro bono tax opportunities.
